Our Agreement With You
Please read these terms carefully before enrolling in any course.

1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Student", "User") and Ali Data Analytics ("Company", "we", "us"), a limited liability company registered in the United States. By accessing our website at www.alidataanalytics.com or enrolling in any course, you agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not enroll in our courses or use our services.
2. Courses & Services Offered
Ali Data Analytics offers online training courses including but not limited to:
- Advanced Excel
- Power BI
- SQL
- Python
- Bundled learning packages
All courses are delivered via live Zoom sessions with recording links shared after each class via email or designated communication channel, along with practice datasets, assignments, and a Certificate of Completion upon finishing the course.
3. Enrollment & Payment
3.1 Enrollment Confirmation
Enrollment is confirmed only after full payment has been received and verified. Upon confirmation, student portal login credentials will be provided by Ali Data Analytics within a reasonable timeframe.
3.2 Payment Methods
We accept payment via:
- Credit/debit card, Apple Pay, and other supported payment methods through our website
- Direct bank transfer (details provided upon request)
All fees must be paid in full prior to receiving access to the student portal. Ali Data Analytics reserves the right to modify course fees at any time; however, fee changes will not affect already-confirmed enrollments.
3.3 100% Advance Payment
Ali Data Analytics operates on a strict 100% upfront payment policy. No partial payments or installment plans are offered unless explicitly agreed upon in writing.
4. Refund & Cancellation Policy
4.1 No Refund Policy
Ali Data Analytics maintains a strict no-refund policy. Once payment has been submitted and student login credentials have been generated and shared, no refund request will be accepted under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Change of mind or personal schedule conflicts
- Inability to attend classes
- Dissatisfaction with course content after access has been granted
- Technical issues on the student's end (internet, device, etc.)
4.2 Instructor Cancellation
In the event that Ali Data Analytics or the instructor must cancel a scheduled class, a full rescheduling of that class will be offered to the enrolled students. No refunds will be issued for instructor-cancelled individual sessions; the class will be rescheduled at a mutually convenient time.
4.3 Chargebacks
Initiating an unauthorized chargeback through your bank or payment provider after receiving course access constitutes a breach of these Terms. Ali Data Analytics reserves the right to immediately terminate your portal access and pursue recovery of the disputed amount through appropriate legal channels.
5. Student Portal & Access
5.1 Lifetime Access
Students who complete enrollment receive lifetime access to their student portal, which includes:
- Course title and enrollment details (full curriculum is available on our website under the Courses section)
- Lecture tracking (total lectures completed and progress)
- Practice datasets and learning materials
- Certificate of Completion upon finishing the course
5.2 Account Security
Students are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. Sharing login credentials with any third party is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of access without refund.
6. Intellectual Property
All course materials, recordings, datasets, exercises, presentations, and content provided by Ali Data Analytics are the exclusive intellectual property of Ali Data Analytics and are protected by copyright law.
Students are granted a limited, non-transferable, personal license to access and use these materials solely for their own learning purposes. The following are strictly prohibited:
- Redistribution, resale, or sharing of course recordings or materials
- Uploading course content to any public or private platform
- Using course content to create competing products or services
- Reproducing or modifying materials without written permission
Violation of this section may result in immediate termination of access and legal action under applicable copyright law.
7. Certificate of Completion
A Certificate of Completion will be issued by Ali Data Analytics upon the student's completion of all course lectures. The certificate includes a unique QR code that can be scanned by anyone to verify its authenticity — the QR code redirects to our portal, which displays the student's name, course completed, and other relevant details. The certificate is issued by Ali Data Analytics and represents successful completion of the training program. It is not an accredited or government-recognized certification unless explicitly stated otherwise.
8. Code of Conduct
All students are expected to maintain professional and respectful behavior during live sessions, in written communications, and on any platform associated with Ali Data Analytics. The following are grounds for immediate termination of access without refund:
- Harassment, abuse, or disrespectful behavior toward the instructor or other students
- Misuse of the student portal or platform
- Unauthorized sharing or distribution of course content
- Any fraudulent activity related to payments or enrollment
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ali Data Analytics shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services
- Career outcomes, job placement, or salary changes resulting from course completion
- Technical issues caused by third-party platforms (e.g., Zoom)
- Internet connectivity issues on the student's side
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the total amount you paid for the relevant course.
10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable US law.
11. Amendments
Ali Data Analytics reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services after any modification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
